I can't decide so take a vote, Verve or College Square for Kimberley's accomodation next year?


Verve 1 Bedroom + Study:
+ It's pretty
+ Air-con!!!
+ Foxtel (cable) [$72/month]
+ Wireless and Cordless phone ($89/month)
+ I can babysit within the building (extra pocket money)
+ Someone to clean my apartment once every two weeks
+ A proper gym, swimming pool, bbq pit and tennis court
+ A double bed
+ It's near the tram
+ It's closer to the city
- It's expensive
- I have to buy furniture
- It's too far away from franks (no studying till 2am during exam period)
- It's further away from school
- I don't know anyone who lives in the same building as me


College Square Twin-share:
+ It's cheaper
+ I don't have to buy my own furniture
+ I know people who live in the same building as me
+ I can study at franks till whatever time because it's close enough for me to walk back
+ It's closer to school
+ I'm familiar with how to pay my bills
- No air-con!
- Stupid anal rules about guests holding your key
- Stupid Joe the stupid security guard!
- No foxtel
- No wireless
- Stupidly small bed
- Fugly furniture
